The Sea Islands Chamber of Commerce is known for its leadership in the area of diversity business initiatives and programming for local entrepreneurs. Through programs such as the Training for New Business Development, the Chamber has established itself as a leader in building welcoming, culturally competent business communities.
The Sea Islands Chamber of Commerce is focused on cultivating a strong and vibrant business climate to facility businesses for our members and clients. As a pro active business, it’s very important to present our procurement and workforce opportunities for minority groups.
The Chamber’s board is implementing an action plan that will provide more services and programs for our members. The Chamber’s technology capacity is being enhanced to offer more communication with our members and we are in the process of enhancing our website, now in Spanish. In addition, a series of forums will be hosted that will focus on critical business issues that will improve our community’s economic competitiveness.
