JOHNS ISLAND, SC - The third annual Homegrown Holiday Bazaar is accepting applications for vendors and sponsors for the event which will be held Saturday, December 3, 2016 from 10:00am-4:00pm at 3546 Maybank Highway (site of the Johns Island Farmers Market). This event is a great way for local businesses to reach the community for the holidays and is brought to you by Homegrown Johns Island Farmers Market and Sea Islands Chamber of Commerce.
The Homegrown Holiday Bazaar is the area’s one-stop shop for all things LOCAL & FESTIVE! Last year over 80 local vendors throughout the community and more than 1,000 local shoppers came together, making the event a huge success and this year, there are even more opportunities to get involved.
Do you make or grow specialty items that our participants would buy for holiday gifts or just for fun? Come join us! Food trucks and other local vendors who are interested in setting up goods at a booth may contact Frasier at JohnsIslandFarmersMarket@gmail.com.
Are you looking to get your business seen by locals? Sponsor an attraction and send a representative from your business to speak one-on-one with potential customers, all while having fun! Sponsorships are available for many activities and attractions including live music by the V-Tones of Charleston and members of Sol Driven Train. Other traditional favorites include the holiday hayride, pony rides, Santa & Mrs. Claus, seasonal-themed games, crafts, cookie decorating and more. If your business would like to sponsor an activity, feature or attraction, or donate to the silent auction, contact Karen at Karen@seaislandschamber.org.
Volunteering for non-profits and for the community can be very rewarding! There are several opportunities for volunteering and we would love to have your help! Contact Jennifer at Jennifer@seaislandschamber.org for more information on getting involved.
